Experiential Learning
In Experiential Learning, students are encouraged to participate in different activities. The various departments have their associations registered with Government.The main motive behind designing the association is to encourage students to learn the things which they are learning in classes. The Students organise various events in college to gain practical knowledge of their subjects. Various industrial visits are organised as part of Industrial Visit programmes to get a better understanding about organizational functions. Students are given an opportunity to learn the various storing and billing system in college itself by visiting the stores in college. Personality based tests and lab works are also done to gain the in depth knowledge. Various department at their levels perform the various activities to improve the level of the students that helps them understand their concepts better. Developing the skill to know the market and flexibility to adjust is the core of all courses.Internships help in building experiences for students. Students are prepared to select their internships based on their interests and career prospects.
Participative Learning
To improve innovative as well as creative skill among students, the institution believes in the concept of participative learning methodologies in the teaching pedagogy. The participative model proposed is one in which practice teachers and students co-create a trusting and innovative learning environment, and make use of a variety of teaching methods, roles, and relationships, based on the needs of the learner and the desired outcomes. Various seminars, events, workshops on Moral Values and Spiritual trainings are conducted to boast up the morale of the students.
Problem Solving Methodologies
Problem solving methodologies are an integral part of all courses in all programmes. Practical courses besides theoretical explanations, practical knowledge is taught to the students through practical courses like Tally etc. which gives hands-on learning methods. Various departments organises seminars, guest lectures, workshops, internship programs etc. to increase the learning level of the students so that they can improve their thinking capabilities.
